Many simple legal matters happen every day and a bulk of them involves civil litigation. Civil litigation is any dispute between two or more parties, individuals, or companies, business partners, that has fallen out and which cannot be resolved without a court of law. On such basis, the parties may need to take their disputes to the courts to determine which one should be considered right. Unlike small claims court where neither party may not seek assistance from an attorney in court, civil litigation often requires a civil litigation attorney to help parties work through their issues.
